SELİNUS KALESİ ve ANTİK SEHRİ

Antik Selinus Kenti, Gazipasa Plaji'nın bulundugu Hacı Musa Çayının denize dirsek gibi uzanan tepenin yamaçlarından yeralır. Bu sehirde, zirvedeki toplam kalelerden baska dogu ve kuzey sahasında koruyucu içiçe kaleler, surlar, merasim sahası, anfitiyatro, nekropoller, hamam ve kilise gibi tarihi yapıtlar bulunmaktadır. Deniz tarafından antik liman ve tersane kalıntılarını da görmek mümkündür.M.Ö. 67 yılında Roma Kralı Trajanus tarafından kurulan bir liman kentiydi.

SELINUS - BURG UND DIE ANTIKSTADT

Die Anttikstadt Selinus befindet sich am Bedestrand von Gazipasa, an den Bergwanden, woder Hacı Musa-Bach im Meer mündet. Ausser der Burgen am Berggipfel gibt es hier historicshe Funde wie aneinamder befindlichce und schützende Burgmauer, ein Platz für Zeremoien, ein amphitheather, ein Badehaus und eine Kirche. An der Seeseite können Sie auch die Spuren des antiken Hafens und derWerft sehen. Die Standt wurde 67v. CHR. vom römishen Kaiser Trajanus als eine Hafenstadt gegründet.

The Antique "Selinus City" is located at the slops of hill that elbowed to sea where the beach of "Gazipasa" is located by the strean of "Hacı Musa".

In the city, besides the castles on the peak;ateast and the area of ceremony, Anfi Theater, Macropolis, Bath, Church and the like Historical Buildings.

It is possible to see the remnats of the of old dockyard and Antique Harbour.

It was a Harbour City which has been established by Roman King"Trajanus" in the B.C.:67
